01 KANDJI ENDPOINT SECURITY

Kandji Endpoint Security


Timeline: 02.2024 - 06.2024
My role: Design lead
Team: Product Manager, Director of Engineering, 7 Engineers (1 Front-end, 7 Back-end), QA, Threat-Intelligence team, Data team, Security team, IT team. 

Kandji recognized the growing threats to Apple devices and the need to evolve beyond traditional device management. I led the design of our pioneering Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) product, which transforms how InfoSec teams monitor files and applications through file detection and behavioral analysis. 

This project is particularly meaningful to me. While many competitors rely on conventional solutions, we built our EDR system from the ground up by seamlessly integrating Kandji’s MDM with advanced EDR capabilities. I applied my product thinking strategies throughout the process, ensuring a robust design that enhances user experience and effectively highlights our market differentiators.

As the design lead of Kandji’s Security products, I focused on creating innovative design solutions that enhance user experience and surpass competitor offerings, while also ensuring the sustainability and reusability of the design framework, which was later applied to Vulnerability Management.
